Kandy Wrappers Swimwear has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. Our site uses an order form for customers to purchase swimwear and/or clothing. We collect visitors contact information,(i.e. e-mail address), financial information, (credit card number) and demographic information (IP location, are/zip code). Contact information from online purchase form(s) are used to send orders and information and/or updates about Kandy Wrappers to our customers. None of the information provided by the customer is made available to anyone for any reason. Your personal information, including but not limited to, your credit card information and order history is kept in our secured database for Kandy Wrappers use only and not for distribution to any additional parties.

Your Email address is use to confirm your orders, inform you that your order has been shipped, and is used to notify you of your shipping tracking number. Additionally, it is used to inform you of problems with your order, and to notify availability or non-availability of order and of new items. You may, at anytime, unsubscribe from our use of your Email address for any reason and without notice to us.

Returns & Replacements
Kandy Wrappers Swimwear will be happy to accommodate returns and exchanges for merchandise returned in its original condition.  Items must have not been worn, soiled, laundered, show signs of wear, and cannot be damaged in any way.  All hangtags and hygienic protectors must also be in tact.  Merchandise returned without meeting all of these specifications will not be accepted. Any items received in this condition will be sent back to the sender at their expense.
Please call customer service at (310) 550-4599 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for all refunds and/or exchanges.  Packages that are received without the RMA number will be refused.  Please make sure your RMA is clearly marked on the outside of your package or it will not be opened and will immediately be returned to sender. All returns and exchanges need to be mailed to:

Please make sure to track and insure your packages.  Kandy Wrappers will not be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.  
REFUND POLICY (5 days):  If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, Kandy Wrappers Swimwear is happy to offer refunds, if the order is returned within 5 days from the date you initially received the order.  Return packages need to be postmarked no later than 5 business days after the delivery date.  Returns received after the 5 day grace period, will be deferred to our exchange policy.
EXCHANGES  (10 days):  We are happy to exchange merchandise that you are dissatisfied within 10 business days from the date you initially received the order.  Exchange packages need to be postmarked no later than 10 business days after the delivery date.  Exchanges received past the 10 day grace period will not be accepted.  During the exchange period you will be offered an exchange of your order or you will be issued store credit. Important shipping and handling info:
1)  All shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  No exceptions.
2)  You will be contacted as soon as we receive your return or exchange.
3)  Please note, that if you are issued a refund to your credit card it may take up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
4)  We strongly suggest you track and insure your return/ exchange shipments, as Kandy Wrappers is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit, while being shipped.
5)  Please call customer service to obtain a RMA number.  You must LEGIBLY write the RMA number on outside of the package before shipping it back to 1690 Swimwear.  To better service you in the future, please let us know the reason for your return/ exchange. Customer Service can be reached by calling (310) 550-4599, between the hours of 11am- 5pm (PST), Monday thru Friday.  If you reach customer service after hours, please leave a message with your contact information and you will be contacted before the end of the next business day..

Please note that is can take 24-48 hours to process and ship any order(s). If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout process, you will receive two emails after your order is placed. The first confirms the details of your order. The second email notifies you your order has shipped. If there is a problem with your order, a representative will call you within 24-48 hours regarding the status or updates on your order.
